Search St. Clair County Criminal History on MiCOURT
MiCOURT covers the 31st Circuit Court and the 72nd District Court in St. Clair County. You can search for free by name or case number. The 72nd District Court handles misdemeanor criminal cases. If the offense was a misdemeanor, it likely went through the district court rather than the circuit court. MiCOURT shows both.
ICHAT from the Michigan State Police costs $10 and covers the entire state. It shows felony and serious misdemeanor convictions from St. Clair County and every other county in Michigan. OTIS tracks state prisoners and parolees. The Michigan Sex Offender Registry covers registered offenders in the Port Huron area and the rest of the county.
For police records in St. Clair County, you submit a FOIA request under MCL § 15.231 to the law enforcement agency that handled the case.
